SENA Wins Erasmus+ Grant to Bring 3-D Technologies to Adult Education

Share Europe Network Association (SENA) is thrilled to announce that we have secured an Erasmus+ KA122-ADU grant for our new project “Visual Learning Evolution: 3-D Technologies in Education” (Project ID 2024-1-BG01-KA122-ADU-000238978). Running from January to December 2025, this initiative will empower adult-education trainers with state-of-the-art photogrammetry skills and deliver a rich stream of freely reusable 3-D resources to educators everywhere.

Why 3-D Learning Matters

Digital replicas—captured with DSLR cameras, drones and photogrammetry software—allow learners to explore cultural artefacts, scientific specimens and technical objects from every angle. By integrating these realistic, interactive models into lessons, teachers can:

• turn abstract concepts into tangible experiences;

• foster deeper engagement and retention;

• open new professional pathways in creative, cultural and STEM fields.
